Course Evaluations: Watermark EvaluationKit

Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys (formerly EvaluationKit) is a platform designed to facilitate capturing of course evaluation information. The Course Evaluation system feeds from Canvas ensuring that all students and courses have an associated evaluation survey. The system also ensures that student feedback is anonymous and confidential.

The Course Evaluation process is as follows:

  • Pre-Survey Announcements are sent out
  • Students receive reminder emails and instructions
  • Evaluation data is collected
  • Final grades are processed
  • Reports are released to faculty, chairs, and deans

Please note: To protect anonymity, course evaluations are only provided for courses in which there are at least four students enrolled.
