Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys (formerly EvaluationKIT) is the leading provider of online course evaluation and institutional survey software that allows institutions to simplify their student feedback processes. The software was specifically designed for higher education.

The tool works with the information already stored in Canvas to help choose which courses and students to send the evaluation to. The student responses are kept anonymous and all data is collected for later reporting to department administrators and instructors.

Active Evaluation Period

This guide will show you how to:

  • Access the course evaluation system in Canvas during an active evaluation period
  • Set a custom date and time window for course evaluation access (Not Required)
  • Access the course evaluation reports (After all grades from the term have been received)

No Active Evaluation Period

This guide will show you how to access the course evaluation system when there are no active course evaluation projects happening.
