Starting April 15, 2024, all videos uploaded to Panopto will remain in the user’s folder for two years. At the end of this two-year term, any videos that have not been accessed will be permanently deleted.

Videos that have been accessed will be moved to an archive folder. Archived videos will remain in the archive folder for one year, and then be permanently deleted at the end of that one-year period.
