Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys (formerly EvaluationKit) is a platform designed to facilitate capturing of course evaluation information. The Course Evaluation system feeds from Canvas ensuring that all students and courses have an associated evaluation survey. The system also ensures that student feedback is anonymous and confidential.

For Fall and Spring semesters, the Course Evaluation process is as follows:

• Pre-Survey Announcements are sent out
• Students receive reminder emails and instructions
• Evaluation data is collected
• Final grades are processed
• Reports are released to faculty, chairs, and deans

For Summer and Winter sessions, course evaluations are provided on a faculty request basis.
