Microsoft Teams for Teaching & Learning

The CTE has created an instructional guide to walk you through using Microsoft Teams for hosting online classes and office hours. Access the Microsoft Teams for Teaching & Learning Digital Guide to discover how to: 

  • Schedule a Teams Meeting for class and/or office hours
  • Paste the link into Canvas for your students to join
  • Record your Teams class and route the recording to Panopto
  • Use advanced features such as Breakout Rooms
  • Access general FAQs

Springshare LibCal: Appointment Booking Tool

LibCal (from Springshare) provides Bryant faculty and teaching staff the ability to create a booking form, connected to your Outlook Calendar, for students to schedule office hours with you. 

How do I access LibCab?

To request a license, contact the Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) at cte@bryant.edu. Please note that licenses are limited and may be revoked if unused. 

Once you have received a license:

  1. Login at bookme.bryant.edu
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  3. Click on Login to LibApps
  4. Sign-in with your Bryant credentials (email and password)
